Botanical Dyes Workshop

This half-term I am running a beautiful naturally dyed silk ribbon workshop in the delightful Peak District village of Hollinsclough.

We will be using plants, petals and botanical pigments to create our own dyes and coloured silk ribbons.

You will discover the equipment and tools you need to create your own botanical dyes at home as well as receive guidance on growing your own dye garden.

Suitable for all – bring an apron!

Forest of Imagination 2025

Wokingham Borough’s Forest of Imagination 2025 will culminate in a celebratory four-day showcase at Dinton Pastures Country Park, the borough’s flagship park, from 22 to 25 May. The showcase will feature new sensory installations co-created by professional artists and schools, incorporating ideas from local community groups. There will also be participatory activities, performances and digital experiences for visitors to enjoy and deepen their connections to nature.
