This is a creative landscape painting workshop designed for children, but anyone can have a go!

The process of painting is an ideal way of connecting with the environment and practicing mindfulness, as it affords us an opportunity to slow down, be quiet and focus in on nature. Each brushstroke we make is unique, a way of trying to express our wonder, as we endeavour to replicate the beauty of the landscape. It is a constant process of discovery, as we educate our senses to be more curious and observant.

I’m never inhibited by working from life. On the contrary, I feel more free.” – Lucian Freud
